Update:  February 25, 2009

Suspect description:  Black male, 25 – 30 years of age, dark complexion, 5’5” – 5’8”, thin to medium build, short hair (low fade) with two gold front top teeth).

 

Other 7 to 8 suspects described as black males, early 20’s to early 40’s.

 

Vehicle Descriptions: 

First vehicle: late 80’s to early 90’s Jeep Cherokee, 2 door, (white, silver or light gray) in color.

 

 

Second vehicle:

Small, unknown year, 4 door sedan, (white, silver or light gray) in color.

Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009 at 11:30 p.m.

Where:

14514 Hensel Lane

Why/How:

Deputies responded to a fight call late Wednesday night around 11:30 and found a victim who had been beaten near an apartment complex at 14514 Hensel Lane.

The victim and another man had been arguing outside the apartment complex earlier in the evening, and a group of men later confronted the victim outside his apartment. A fight ensued and the victim was beaten. The victim was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital where he was pronounced dead just before 1 a.m. this morning.
