Why/How:
|
On January 29, 2009, the defendant met with the victims at one of their homes. The victims agreed to pay the defendant to inject them with Hydrogel (a silicone substance) and saline solution in the buttocks area for cosmetic enhancements. Victim 1 paid $500 for 40 injections; victim 2 paid $250 for 20 injections. After the defendant left the house, the victims began to experience pain and discomfort. Both victims were taken to Town & Country Hospital for internal injuries.
Warrants were issued for the arrest of Sharhonda Lindsay. Today, Lindsay turned herself in at the Orient Road Jail. |
