| Why/How: |
On February 9, 2009 members of the Sheriff’s Office Major Violators Unit, while being assisted by members of the Tampa Police Department arrested both suspects listed above. Detectives discovered over 315 grams of cocaine in both suspect’s possession. A court authorized search warrant was served at 8401 N. Manhattan at the residence of William Gomez which revealed additional amounts of cocaine (24.1 grams), 11 grams of MDMA, over 3 pounds of Marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a loaded 9mm firearm. Both suspects were arrested on scene. The street value of the drugs seized is approximately $40,000. |
