Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your assistance in locating missing person, Lisa Ann Mowrey, who has been missing since February 6, 2004.

 

The victim was last seen on February 6, 2004, at 6:30 a.m. when she left her residence at 6001 Tampa Shores Blvd. in Tampa to attend school at Manhattan Hairstyling Academy, located at 2317 East Fletcher Avenue.  She never reported to school and has not been seen since.

 

The family of Lisa Mowrey videotaped a segment of Ch. 13 news on September 22, 2004 and they believe Lisa is seen in the video.  The story was filmed in Lakeland, Florida reference applicants filing for food stamps after a hurricane.  They believe Lisa Mowrey to be the female in the blue t-shirt.  Also attached are other photos that the family has provided.

On Friday, February 6, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. the family  of Lisa Mowrey will hold a vigil at the Christ of Christ located at 1740 N. Highland Clearwater, FL 33755. Members of the Protective Agency of America will be on hand to do digital fingerprinting.
