This morning at approximately 7:53 Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office was notified by Pasco County Sheriff’s Office that they were pursuing robbery suspects into Hillsborough County. The suspects had robbed the Land O’Lakes Recycling Center located at 5710 Land O’Lakes Blvd.
The pursuit ended in the area near St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 15520 North Blvd. where the suspects bailed from their vehicle and fled on foot. Deputies located Ismael Vasquez near the church where he was taken into custody without incident. Second suspect, Rafael Burgos was located by K-9 in a wooded area off Lake Magdalene Blvd. Burgos was treated at the scene by Fire Rescue due to K-9 apprehension. The third suspect, Brian Archer was discovered in the backyard at 10012 Woodfair Place in Tampa where he was arrested without incident.
All three suspects were in possession of money that is believed to be from the robbery. The suspects will be booked into the Hillsborough County Jail and charges will be posted. |
