Suspect: Black male, 5’7” – 5’8” tall, 135 – 140 pounds, brown eyes, medium complexion last seen wearing a black ski mask with eye holes, hooded black sweatshirt, baggy dark denim pants, white tennis shoes

Attempted Armed Robbery

When:

Monday, January 5, 2009 at 8:08 a.m.

Where:

American Momentum Bank

15150 N. Florida Avenue, Tampa
Why/How:

 

 

 

 

The suspect entered the American Momentum Bank and displayed a gun to the first employee that entered the bank and demanded money.  The suspect was unable to obtain any money and fled in the employee’s vehicle which was recovered a short distance from the incident scene.
